Playbook is a Revenue Management product conceptualized and made by Sales People for Sales People. We have tried our best to connect decision makers in the organization with the operations required to match the objectives.
Playbook is intended for use by 5 main teams (or processes if there are no such defined teams in your organization) – this means direct sales and indirect sales. These teams we define as:
- Sales Development
- Customer Success
The teams/processes are further enhanced by adding Manager/CxO requirements on top of the operations. This may mean something as simple as defining targets and measure achievements to in-depth analysis to fine tune the performance of each team and all teams (advanced features in development right now).
